Transform Your Recovery: Discover Neurographica for Addiction

Addiction is one of the most challenging problems we face. It is destructive, disruptive, and notoriously difficult to get rid of. Current treatment methods leave a lot to be desired, and the relapse rates are high.

Therapists and 12-step groups work with the conscious mind using talk therapy, yet most of the addictive behavior is subconscious, hidden far beneath language and thoughts.

Neurographica provides a new and radically different way of working with addiction. This method is non-verbal, penetrating deep beneath the language structures. Using visual thinking, we can access our subconscious to release the problem behaviors.

If you are struggling or currently in recovery, I invite you to join me every Sunday at 3 pm MST for a mindfulness-based support group. We will use Neurographic drawing techniques to break free of our addictions and compulsions. The group will be one hour long, and no previous drawing experience is necessary.

This group is offered simultaneously online via Google Meet and in person at Roots and Leaves Kava Bar, a new wellness center at 7576 W Jewell Ave in Lakewood. The work is donation-based, similar to AA or NA, where you can contribute however much you are able. Nobody is turned away.

Please sign up here if you plan to come in person or join us online. I will provide some supplies, but you may want to bring a notebook or pad with unmarked pages for drawing and journaling and a set of colored markers or pencils.

Model Reality with Neurographica’s Gratitude Algorithm

Neurographica is a beautiful meditative drawing practice that can be viewed as a conversation with the Spirit. For the past month, I have been helping clients explore the Gratitude Algorithm. Each algorithm in Neurographica is simply a different way of starting a conversation, and The Gratitude Algorithm is one of the most loved and effective Neurographica methods we know.

The Universe is a quantum energy field always in a state of YES. The Gratitude Algorithm helps to place our human consciousness into a state of YES, so we synch with the Universe.

Once in synch, we enter the Flow State, a space of effortless grace and joy. This is our spiritual home; it’s the only place to find genuine rest, natural creativity, and real healing.

This is also a place where the Universe listens to us. Using The Gratitude Algorithm, we translate our wishes into graphical form and offer them to the Spirit as a drawing.

The process allows us to model our reality with genuine manifesting. We don’t control the energy of the Universe, but we can co-create with it if we are in a state of Aware YES.

I’ve been busy with my movement, energy work, and spiritual coaching practices and have not picked up a pencil in a while.

When I did, I was blown away. I could not put it down.

Neurographica-inspired drawing, based on the Rose Algorithm. The Rose Algorithm helps work through questions of love, relationships, and personal achievement. It also creates a favorable energetic resonance that facilitates good fortune.

I realized how much I missed the immense power of Neurographica and its calming, meditative flow. I realized that I miss the stream of insights born out of the creative process. I even missed the sound of my electric pencil sharpener.

But most of all, I missed the feeling of being home. I felt safe, comfortable, confident, just right. It’s subtle and other-worldly, hard to describe, yet we all know when we’re connected to our life-force energy. Sometimes, it is described as the Flow state or “being in the Flow.”

It’s truly a magical place where things happen without effort, everything makes perfect sense, and there is no need to make decisions. You’re in sync with the flow of the Universe and its energy, and you know that every move throughout your day is perfect. This place of Mystery is also called a million other names – Spirit, Presence, Prana, Mana, Silence…

We crave this state; people meditate, go to music festivals, take mind-altering chemicals, exercise, or fast just to find the door in. Yet, we experience the flow state very rarely; most of our days are full of drudgery and effort, and we slog through the day as if each move is swimming against the current.

And yet, I was slipping effortlessly into the flow state right as I worked on my drawing. The archetypal structure of Neurographca’s seven steps mirrors the design of the Universe, starting at the lowest elemental/physical needs all the way up to Godhead/Self-actualization. Flowing through the steps of each algorithm can guide us straight into the Mystery.

You don’t have to be a Zen master to ascend to this state of consciousness. All you do is pick up a pencil and start going through the algorithm. It’s truly magical.

I am offering an online Master Class on the Removal of Limitations, one of Neurographica’s foundational algorithms. This process can be used to remove any limiting belief, whether it’s keeping you from financial abundance, advancing your career goals, or improving your personal relationships.
